Knit Night: Every Thursday 7:00-9:00 PM (Starting September 12th)
Knit, Nosh, and Kvetch Every Friday Noon-1:00 PM (Starting September 13th)

Description: come and learn the fundamentals of knitting, including cast on, knit, and purl. The class will be taught by Eli McCann, who when he is not knitting is a columnist, lawyer, humorist, and storyteller. Eli will teach you the basics you will need to know to make a hat. While the class is free, supplies must be purchased at Knitting Hive. This class is for ages 14 and up.
Prior skills recommended: No prior skills needed.
Materials needed (supplies need to be purchased at store):

We will be using a free pattern from Ralvery.com. We will have a pattern printed up for you at the store.

You can use any worsted weight yarn, 130-190 yards, U.S. size 8 needles, and U.S. size 8 dpn. Come and ask at Knitting Hive, and we will show exactly what you need.
When: This class takes place on Saturday, October 12, beginning at 11:00am.
