Sweater Confiidence

Sweater Confidence: Practice making a big sweater by making a small one first! A quick-to-knit baby sweater is the perfect vehicle for learning all the techniques required to complete an adult pieced sweater. Learn about the importance of gauge and yarn choice, blocking, and assembling the finished pieces. Please choose your yarn and have it wound before class. 

Skill Level: Intermediate

Skills Needed: Casting on, knit, purl, binding off, picking up stitches from an edge. It will be assumed that you have all these skills and they will not be taught in this class. 

Materials: 1 skein Malabrigo Rios (included in the price of the class)

               size 5 mm needles (US #8)

               size 4 mm needles (US #6)

               4 locking stitch markers (included in the price of the class)

               tapestry needle (the curved ones are best for sewing this sweater together)(included in the price of the class)

We require a minimum of 4 registrants to hold the class.
