Love to knit, but starting to feel the strain? This class is designed to help knitters understand how their bodies work, what causes repetitive stress injuries (RSI), and most importantly how to prevent and manage them so you can keep creating for years to come.

We’ll begin by getting to know one another, then dive into a knitter’s anatomy: hands, arms, spine, eyes even your brain! You’ll learn how posture, fascia, nerves, and muscles all play a role in your knitting practice, and how repetitive movements or static postures can lead to pain and injury.
